2020 Carol Rifelj Faculty Lecture

TBO members participated in a talk about "Critical Play: Experiments in Student Activism and Digital Research" as part of the 2020-21 Carol Rifelj Faculty Lecture Series. TBO director Kristin Bright was joined by lab members Emma Bernstein, Jessica Bytautas, Amun Chaudhary, Natasha Cuneo, Modele Kuforiji, Yiran, Li, Claire Martens, Anneliese Mills, Jaya Singh, and Katie van der Merwe. Drawing from their work on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms, panelists discussed ways to use "critical play" as a mode of collaboration, creativity, and continuity in 2020-21.
